8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เมื่อฟังก์ชัน กฎหมาย หรือวิธีประมวลผลข้อมูลเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยจะแสดงวันที่มีผลฉบับล่าสุดบนหน้านี้ และแจ้งเพิ่มเติมเมื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีสาระสำคัญ

Privacy Policy

ME2TECH (“we”) provides MPOS, a point-of-sale service for store sales, products, inventory, users, permissions, reports, and accounting. This policy explains how data is handled when you use MPOS.

1. Data we process

We process account and store information; business records such as products, suppliers, purchases, inventory, expenses, sales, and reports; cash or bank-transfer transaction information and evidence that users choose to upload; device, IP address, browser/system, security and audit records; and session/offline data stored on the user’s device. MPOS does not support or collect credit-card details.

2. Device permissions

Camera access is used for barcode scanning or user-requested evidence capture. Photo/file access is used for attachments and exports. Bluetooth and local-network access support printers or POS devices selected by the user. Biometric checks are performed by the operating system; MPOS does not receive or store biometric templates. Notifications may be used for inventory, synchronization, and store-operation alerts.

3. How we use data

We use data to authenticate users, enforce store permissions, process sales and the two supported payment methods (cash and bank transfer), maintain FIFO inventory and accounting records, synchronize devices, generate reports, secure and troubleshoot the service, prevent fraud, preserve audit trails, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data or use store data for targeted advertising. We may disclose only what is necessary to infrastructure or hosting providers, operating-system or app-store providers, providers appointed by the store, authorized personnel, or competent authorities where legally required.

5. Retention and security

We use encrypted transport, authentication, store-scoped authorization, audit logging, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Account and general data are retained as needed to provide the service. Sales, payments, inventory, accounting closings, and audit records may be retained for legal, accounting, anti-fraud, and dispute purposes even after an account-deletion request. Where possible, access will be restricted or identifying data minimized.

6. Your rights and deletion

You may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion where applicable by contacting ข้อมูลติดต่อผู้พัฒนาใน Google Play and identifying the relevant user and store. We may verify your identity and authority first. Required financial records may be retained; we will explain what is deleted, de-identified, or retained when handling the request.

7. Children

MPOS is a business tool for store operators and authorized workers and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy as features, laws, or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
